2015 Michigan 24 Charity Raffle
Background
At last year’s Michigan 24, one of the racer’s organized a raffle on behalf of a fellow racer who had been recently diagnosed with cancer. The raffle was a great success and for everyone involved, “giving something back†was one of the highlights of the event. As the word got out about the raffle, many other racers wanted to know how they could participate in future raffles.
What Charity Will Receive Raffle Proceeds?
Each of the six (6) teams participating in this year’s Michigan 24 will identify a charity they are racing for. At the end of the event, each charity will receive 1/6 of the total raffle proceeds.
How the 2015 Raffle Will Work
There are several ways to participate in this year’s raffle:
1) You can purchase raffle tickets online. Tickets are $1.00 USD each.
1 Ticket - $1.00
6 Tickets - $5.00
30 Tickets - $20.00
2) You can purchase 2015 Michigan 24 Merchandise.

If you are purchasing merchandise, please add $5.00 USD to cover shipping (if you are outside the U.S., please contact us for a shipping quote before placing your order). Payment via Paypal, please send payment to: cloverleafracing@gmail.comBe sure to indicate in the Paypal comments section what you are purchasing. You will receive a follow-up email with your raffle ticket numbers.
*** IMPORTANT *** The deadline to purchase raffle tickets online is Wednesday, March 18, 2015. Event posters and t-shirts are available after this date; however, raffle tickets will not be included.
Raffle Prizes
Our event sponsors have contributed some great prizes for the raffle – the retail value of these prizes is over $400.00!! Prizes include:

• We have just been told that Professor Motor will also be donating to our charity we will update you once we have a list from them.

All raffle tickets sold will be placed in a large container. The winning team will draw the first ticket, the second place team the next ticket, and so on. We will continue drawing tickets in this order until all prizes have been awarded.
Unfortunately, this format will not allow winners to select a prize. We will announce the prize being drawn for throughout the raffle.
How Will Winners Be Notified?
We will post all raffle winners, including the prize they won, in this thread. We will do our best to post the results “live†as the raffle proceeds.
How Do I Claim My Prize
Prize winners should send an email to cloverleafracing (at) gmail.com with their shipping information.. As we will be exhausted at the end of the racer, please give us a couple of days to travel home and rest. Once we have recuperated, we will ship out prizes.
