When I was talking with David about newbie Proxy race description Qs I had, he mentioned that it's all for fun, show and tell and major HRW bragging rights :shhh: . He didn't have anybody to race the cars at his track so he set up a ghost car and raced 'em one at a time. Best part was filming broadcasting a live UStream! The UStream part really intrigues me and would be really fun. I'm working on my track, but no promises...

The one proxy that I did by self as I don't have anyone to race with either. I videoed it with a Flip video recorder and put it on you tube. You get a better quality on the view and it's in HD. Downloads quick and easy.

Good idea on the names, decals are still digital and not printed yet. Easy enough fix, just need the Wizard of Oz to approve.

Looks like only up to 10 people. Are there any of you guys that can join forces together and watch?

Thompson, have you been to SCC? I've known Dickie for years, he's the instigator in the whole routed track movement here in NH LOL

Back in 2001 or so I had Scalextric Sport, Austin had Carrera, Norm out in Peterborough had Ninco.. cant remember what Dickie had down in his dungeon..
Then he had to go and do a routed track.. and that was that. Everyone we raced with abandoned magnets and plastic tracks. Truth be told, it was the best move ever.
