Some comments on this round.It seems that several cars liked the anticlockwise version.Especially those that had the right balance to be able to lean on the border at the first corner after the bridge had a serious advantage.An example:
I firmly believe that the best chassis this season was #54 ,but 111 could handle better than everyone else the said corner. Several cars struggled for grip.On a couple of cases ,#170&25 ,the cars struggled also on round 1,raced on this same track clockwise.It seems that Ninco tyres had better long term performance,#30,15,9 performed better than their average.Anyway it is of little importance as next year we are returning to control tyres. We had 1 accident,car #6 kept rollling and rolling then on the 1st lap of the last heat it had an excursion to the floor resulting to broken chassis.Car #68 lost one braid on the last heat thus the bad result. Until that moment PETER GUNN was leading the pack by half a lap but he had to surrender since the outer lane was much faster.
