Congrats to everyone on the podium. :text-bravo: Everyone ran a great race and for the most part were prepared. Special thanks to our host who did an outstanding job reporting the action. With the final round coming up at Saginaw (Hells) Valley :flags-waveusa: maybe we can use a little home track advantage and at least have a decent final showing. Congratulations to everyone - win or not the key is to enjoy being part of this international series. Special thanks to our host and series founder vonsirius for all his efforts. We've all taken our lumps and been humbled by the racing gods - that's the nature of the sport.

The Ford vs Ferrari war gets put on hold for now while all the teams get some well earned rest and relaxation. Everyone's invited to the pizza eating contest in the Ford tent!

The Targa is complete, happy with our 2nd place finish (sort of),but we now must move on to the final round of the series, many thanks to the hosts for running the events and for the rest of the competition, it's been a fun series to take part in

We are very pleased with our finish and like Pepsi62 has said, "it's been a fun series to take part in." I have enjoyed the banter with all of you!! I am looking forward to the final round and would to wish everyone GOOD LUCK. Thanks to all of you whom have hosted.

Looking forward to the big finale at Saginaw Valley. Looks like this year's championship will come down to TC Lug Nuts or Racing Bandit. They are both fine teams and tough competitors - so best of luck to both of them.

Slothead Racing will do its best to get into the top 4, but doesn't think it can do better than that. Hopefully a renewed commitment to R&D in the off season will produce better results in the future.

Is there no bar so low we can't crawl under it? C'mon team!

The cars have arrived at the beloved Saginaw Valley awaiting their teams. Before we get into the racing a little housekeeping is in order. This race has already been run. The Valley has been closed for the season so it was run when I had the time and help available before shutdown. Since we have an odd number of racers, I give 1 car a comp bye run. There is a chance (Not the way I've been running :lol: ) that after you have picked your rides I may have the comp bye car which normally would not happen as I take myself out of that equation. I'll get my notes in order, get the pics posted and good luck.

In the past I've recorded race times before cars were selected to ensure impartiality, but not run the race simulation till later. The outcome was yet to be determined.

What if the team with the first round bye was randomly selected by lottery?

Whatever works, works.

Actually I always have someone other than myself pick the Bye car. For this race (since it was run early) it was picked by fellow racer 32lbKing BEFORE he did any racing so it wouldn't affect his judgment. :think: I'll get the pics up later today. Good luck, the Valley does not show favoritism. :violence-stickwhack:
