Jalopy Challenge revisited!

Yes Sir's, That's what I said. Lets do the 1/24-25 scale Jalopy challenge again! Only this time, no mailing of cars, nobody else running them but ourselves. Lets do a photo build proxy. we can post our build progress on a thread for each car. Maybe a Christmas time finish date? The most detailed jalopy rules! Heck, I'll toss in a full set of TRU Jalopy tires for the overall best car.
Rules.
1. Car must be able to make at least ten laps at speed on their own home track. (whatever speed that is?)
2. see rule one.
That's it! the world is your oyster on this one. any pre 48 body from any manufacturer as long as it fits the scale.
Im not going to say we don't want any corvairs or mustang bodies cut down, as it should be obvious. this is for the old style Jalopy racers on the dirt tracks all over the country.
Google Jalopy if ya don't know what one is, and build from there.

It just sorta died. No tires, not enough interest, people moving on to other non-slot things, etc. I still have the Model T jalopy I planned, somewhere.
