I'm in! LSR, Gasser, Dragster, Hot Rod I will try to make one for each, will reuse the Topolino for Gasser, LSR will have a new Studey body, and Dragster and Hot Rod will be new builds.

Where would I find 1:32 drag racing wheels? I see pro-track makes gorgeous 1:24 wheels but can't find anything in 1:32.

Since we are looking for period correct, things like the the CB Design "Classic Steel" wheel (available from places like Cloverleaf Racing, Slot Car Corner, etc) can be appropriate, if those don't fit the look you are after, you can utilize the CB Design insert wheels and then use Torque Thrust, Cragar, Halibrand, etc type inserts.

Thank you for the reply Todd. What I'm looking for is the wheels/tires like you would find on a slingshot rail, big meaty tires on the back and thin on the front.

I'll go search previous LSR builds and see what guys are coming up with, the slingshot thing sounds really cool to me.

yea you really have to be creative on these slingshots, especially when the rules require period correct. They didn`t run big fattys till later in the dragster days, most if not all fronts were motor cycle style spokes.

Darn this is a tough one for me. Want to make a gasser but all the bodies I would like to use are like $75. or more on ebay, so might have to make something cheap and weird.
Anyone know where to get a 1/32 motor, I know I have seen them before on some resin website but not sure where.

Well, I'm hoping to get a couple of cars together for this. Need to get home and get something started. Including a few new bodies.(Hopefully)
