Luf not trying to sound like an ingrate , as everything the GVSCC has done in order to bring this Chapter to a close albeit very sad.
I was wondering if the GVSCC would be continuing in Keiths honor to run this event annually , perhaps under Keiths moniker, as The 44 Targa. I would certainly be happy to both participate and offer help to keep it alive.

Stay tuned...news is coming

I just wanted to let everyone know that the GVSCC will be organising a Targa 3 in Keith's honour. We are just working out the schedule and details, but the rules will be essentially the same as Targa 2 and the racing will begin next February 2018. Luf has offered to do the video as before, and I will try to live up to Keith's standard for organising and running the proxy. Details to follow.

Just wondering if the GVSCC Targa Florio will return

Perhaps unlikely, Tony. The GVSCC was a direct result of Keith's (retro racer 44) dedication to the hobby. Although his Vancouver clubmates certainly have the same level of dedication, in Keith's absence, it may be a challenge to get all the organizational planets realigned to bring this unique, compact and exciting proxy back to the fore.
