First of all Benetton wants to congratulate all the winning teams and thank the promoters and sponsors for this great series.

We've been a dedicated team this year, hard working and no distractions. Yes, we blew off some steam in France during the break with a bit too much booze and beautiful women. We thought it would refresh our spirits, but all we got out of it was a love sick mechanic who wants the Playboy umbrella girl to marry him. But of course that's not possible, she's in great demand and can't tie herself to a nobody on a losing team. "Win a race", she says, "then we'll see."

So we try very hard to be like a rose, but how you say, we still come out like skunk.

Still, we won't give up. We're not racing for points or fame, we're racing for love!

Working on next season cars

The Benetton team is very despondent - losing is bad enough, but now the Playboy umbrella girl isn't even responding to texts from our mechanic. It's tough to hold a team meeting with one of the guys sobbing uncontrollably.

We'll give it our best for the rest of the series, but we also accept our limitations.

Barc Racing Headquarters

Another favorable result has the Barc/Sally team holding on to its first place position. With the season progressing along we remain hopeful the team can continue its winning ways. Since chassisman Feathers Mcdraw was released the team has been progressively moving forward, alling into Question his hiring in the first place

The team remains tight lipped concerning the events surrounding "Feathers" exit from the team. Speculation is that his background checks revealed a trouble some past.

The team principal would only say ,"We only have time to focus on the future"

When you are at the top it is always an umbrela when needed.

Wow was the word after the big Oval race. Something different for everyone but an exhilarating experience in these cars. Team Minardi ,ange to just scrape free of the big pack and is sitting in 2ND only 2 points behind Barc. But 1 point ahead of the next 3 places and 3 ahead of HSK in 6th. Yes a very tight leader board 5 points seperate 1st through 6th. There is little time left to reach the pinnacle of this series, but equally time left to let it slip away.

The team is rebounding with split wins the last two rounds - apparently the threat of "change" got everyone to buckle down and give it their all - and it is showing on the track!

A split result has the team earning valuable points in this tightly contested series. We continue to find ourselves on the top of the leader board for the championship so we are very pleased. Heading in to the final round the team will remained focused and try and pull out the race we need to secure our first championship. This will be a very close finish regardless of the final result, and as much as we would like to finish at the front, the series has been a success for the BARC/Sally entry regardless of our final standings. With no pressure on the driver we will approach the final round with a mindset of an accomplished season.
