I have an original, prior to the amp meter. It is a great tool , and when used with a variable power supply works great.
It shows hpw the mptpr is running , how the wheels are rounded and the gearing and tire size can be spec for final rpm. Also great for break in under load.
I suspect this new version is just that much better.
Another great little tool for the bench.

States for 1/32 cars. It looks like it would hold a 1/24 car. Anyone know?

It just sits there and spins the wheels? Doesn't measure anything? Besides volts coming in?

This is the first thing I go to after I build a car. I like the fact that the roller has some weight to it so you can measure the rear tire speed under a simulated loaded condition. Great tool to have.

Just took a measurement on my 1/24 builds that I have been doing... Any chance there might be a version available/coming that would allow for another 1/2" of distance from the leading edge of the guide to the center of the roller?
(my current longest build has a 5.625" leading edge to center of rear axle)
