New Lamborghini gt3

Postby Billy boy » Thu Sep 29, 2016 6:06 pm

Got my carrera Lamborghini gt3 from scc today. Really nice looking model. I run silicoln on my track and the guys at scc recommended truing the wheels and useing ca16xf quick slicks which do fit fine after a little wheel work. Car was slow at first but is getting much better after 75 laps. I'll glue and true fronts and rears now and add some lead.

I do like the front bushings being brass, and the tolerances in the axle play was spot on! No slop front or rear. Just enough for oil.

Doesn't take a lot to enjoy them. Nice choice. I have that on "the list".

I glued and trued front and rears, removed both magnets and installed the red guide-which is included among a bunch of other spares. The quick slicks are working well on my track. I installed a little weight here and there and now is a really nice car to drive. Tuning and watching the Ryder cup. GO USA :flags-waveusa:

These are great looking cars that are very reasonably priced and with just a little work, can be nice runners. Thank you for your business and support!
