Nice homage to Riverside! Looks like lots of fun to be had with the two of you!

Found some cool steel powder coated gutter cover i may use for catch fence ill cut off the bend in my step sheer
The holes are smaller than the regular soft plastic rolls

Very nice!

As you may know, a conversation has been going on here about why kids don't play with slot cars. I think this puts a twist on that - too bad more kids don't have an olddude to show 'em the ropes and hang out with.

Looks like a very solid structure to me. Interesting how you followed the track dimensions and built the table to suit.

Congratulations.

Had a few beers and thought about the track also looked at few Riverside builds. I also thought about my real racing (Mosport) also known as Canadian Tire
its one of my favorite tracks i love the elevation changes so i went what i call Organic on the build.

A few more
Now to figure out the best way to secure track and allow for anchor points for armco and some catch fencing. We will be racing 1/24 cars along with 1/32 so fencing/ rail must be strong.

I love the elevation changes too, did a lot of that on my Strombecker layout. Like to see a pic of how you finalized the curvature and elevation supports. Great work beautiful!

Hot glue works great for attaching track risers, landscape forms and other parts of your track. Looks good.

Definitely dig all the elevation changes and curve types! Should be a challenging track to run!
