Carrera Evolution layout

Postby death on 4 wheels » Tue Apr 07, 2015 10:07 am

Here's the layout I'm going with. The front straight will be flat, then in the curvy area it will start up wards. Back straight will be in mmountain range, curve in tunnel, maybe, downslope to last t turn and front straight. I think thisway I'll have the best of all racing terrian. Flat, hilly, curvy, high elevation. The scenery will be a challenge. I have time on my hands now,so as long as $$$$$ is in the budget I should be good. Going to take my time. Used to ride my bike from Woodward and Long Lake area to Tiny Tim's in Royal Oak at Woodward and 13 mile. I lived there on the weekends. I'm going to try and keep posting as I progress. Thanks.

Looks like it is going to be a pretty slick layout!
I would caution you about having a turn in a tunnel after a high speed straight as that may be a marshaling issue - but otherwise, it ought to make for a fun set up to build, landscape and race!
Look forward to update shots. :D
