Wow, very cool, Michael. Sometimes the lack of an interior is a big plus, and the SCX 1:43 cars do have a lot of room to work.

Quick question -- how do the SCX 1:43 tires hold up to Ninco track? I'd expect to see those tires ground down to almost nothing in about 5 minutes.

That's some really nice work with two very under-rated items (N-digital and SCX 1:43). Really well done. :)

I don't know if Paul Gage is doing tires for SCX 1:43, but he is doing them for Kyosho D-Slots (and they're excellent, btw). So there's hope. :)

At least the low weight of the SCX cars should help to reduce wear somewhat, but Ninco track is a meat grinder that eventually turns everything into rubber dust.

Your point about the track instantly being 34% longer for 1:43 cars is a good one. It's very easy to crowd a track with 1:32 cars, but several 1:43 cars on your 1:32 layout looks like it would be very manageable. And these bodies are much less prone to damage than 1:32 cars, which makes it easier to enjoy digital without worrying about destroying your car collection.

Wonderful work with the N digital if you are worried about finding tires for the 143 American slot car world on the 143 forum has urethane tires for most 143 scale cars and Cjent owns and operates the site if you need tires at a later date.

One question why did you remove the mag and trim of the holder?

Do you have a spare chip for the second DTM car, so we'll be ready to go when I return. LOL...
Seriously, great work, Michael. Looking forward to trying them out.
