New Cars

I'll post this here since the 1/24 car section is mainly for the scratch builders. Just came in the mail today along with the new motors. PG tires are also on the way. So excited. Oldies but goodies. Thanks go to Bruce at Cincyslots for the fast shipping.

Glad to hear you got the motors Dave, kind of surprised yo uh are using Piranhas in them I thought you used a different motor.

I figured you were using the RMS motor. What motor mount are you using to install the piranha?

There is no rhyme or reason to what motors I use. I have about 6 different brands of motors in the cars. I use whatever strikes my fancy at the time or have on hand. If I could I would love to have all RMS motors as the torque is phenomenal and gets these bricks moving quickly but can get a little pricey with the amount of conversions I do. As far as mounting any FC130 motor (probably 70% of my cars) all I do is elongate the screw holes in the pod and use motors screws to secure them. Never had one come loose yet.
