Hi
i was thinking of adding a third lane to my long { 14' } straight . I am using The Carrera system in a routed track.. my start finish line/ Carrera CU. is in this long straight. I have a extra pit lane sensor track, can I use that in the third lane as the start / finish line sensor?

Yes you can. With that being said if you have really really close racing whoever is in the pit lane road will read last. For some reason Carrera records the normal lanes 1st and then the pit lane. Under normal circumstances it will work just fine. Just make sure you program it to count laps.

Yes u can program the sensor to count or not count laps. You don't want it counting laps if the pit lane is not at the start finish line. I don't remember off hand how to do it but I'm sure it's easy to find.
