SmartRace pit stop fueling problem

I am running SmartRace on an iPad. New Carrera 1/32 set and controller with app dongle. Everything is working except the pit refueling. When we go through the pits, the fuel only increased tp 14%. I can’t find anything on any app pagesmor menus. What am I missing?

Thanks,

Bruce

What firmware update are you on?

Have you tried setting different fuel tank size?

I did get the Carrera app to update the firmware last night so that is current. Yes, I tried going from the default mid range tank size to the full large size but that did not help.

Thanks,

Bruce

So, to be sure I'm clear...

You pull into the pit, cross the sensor, hold down the lane change button, but the fuel goes to 14% and stops?...meanwhile you're still holding down the button? What happens when you toggle the button again? If you then leave the pit and come back, does it get 14% more?

The newest versions of firmware (5.336 and 5.337) are broken if the car is completely empty. They will bump the fuel to 2/15 without even squeezing the lane change button. Older versions of firmware will never put fuel in the car unless you squeeze the LC button. Even the newer versions won't change the fuel level w/o squeezing the button- unless the tank is completely empty.
