Hi all
I am in the process of building a wood digital track using Carrera components , I have 3 wired controllers and want to get more , can you run a combo of wired and wireless controlers on your track.. I read thru the manual and it said you could not use both with the extension set..
so with out extension set, wireless controllers/base takes up plugs 3 and 4 and then 2 wired controllers into plugs 5, 6.......if my thinking is correct?

If using a combo of wireless and wired, then it can only be wireless 1 thru 4 ID and wired 5 and 6 ID. The wireless reciever is plugged into port 1 and the wired controllers are plugged into port 3 and 4.

Could you use another type of analog wired into a Carrera wireless base? Is that possible?

that's is what I was figuring , buts its nice to know for sure before I plunked down another hundred bucks for those controllers.
