Sorry to be so contrary here, but that image could as easily been taken on any track, not necessarily a digital track. Why not show the same five cars with one (or two) of the cars in the midst of a lane change? Or how about illustrating re-entry to the race track from the pit lane? What is it about this photo that makes you think, "this is digital racing?" Now, if the wheels were rotating on all of the five cars, showing that they are indeed competing with more than one car per lane it would be different. Sorry, but if a photo is going to show something, you should be able to see it.

Well I suppose you are correct. If you look over the top of the Talbot, you can see a lane changer. It could be argued that these are not digital cars, unless you follow the "digital racing" forum, and see I have converted them all. It is clear that this is Scaley sport track as well. I offered this up, as there was no digital racing pic on this header. If you have a better descriptive picture of your digital track, I would say offer it up! Mine was just an example.
But thanks for pointing that out.

Sorry to offend. I am not trying to put you down. This is always the problem when people ask for opinions from what others think. I worked as a newspaper photographer for several years and finished my career as the department head for a college with a degree program in photography. Critique was a large part of the program. Your photo is fine with many good photographic attributes. As the header for the Digital section people will certainly understand you are racing digital cars in that photo. This is not a competition. I will not be submitting a photograph.

No offense taken, not on this board! if we cant offer up creative criticisms, there will be no learning. As I said, it was just a pic I offered up. My bet is, there are some awesome shots of Carrera digital tracks to put mine to shame. My objective is to add to HRW when I can, and take away any knowledge that comes my way. I must admit to being partial to that shot with so many "digitized" vintage grand prix cars though!

My thoughts from knowing my friends and how they race on digital...

"oh the carnage".

Nice group of cars.

It is a great picture with some nice cars. The fact that there are multiple cars running the two lanes is enough to satisfy the "digital" side of things in my book.
