The racers at small torque motor speedway voted to end the roll after the power is turned off for a track call or end of race. From now on when the power is turned off the feild is frozen and if a car or cars pass on the roll it will be placed back behind the cars they passed on the roll.this means you will not take a better spot or even win a race because you car can roll without power. You will have to earn the spot by driving not because you roll by cars standing still. Should make for better racing and more chances for everyone to win not just the cars that can go without power. A format for the way it will work will be written up to make placement of cars fair.
