Next IHSR event on Saturday, May 13 in Rockville, MD
Posted: Wed May 03, 2017 9:16 amInterstate Home Slot Racers' next racing day is Saturday, May 13 at a member's home in Rockville, MD (track pic below).
Typical race day host opening home for bench racing/practice/tuning/donuts at 8 am. First of 4 classes is off around 10 am. After running two classes, we break for pizza, then run the last two. At host's choice, a 5th race (IROC) may be run.
With the 10 to 12 guys we've averaged over the last 3 race days, folks are on the road home usually by 3:30 more or less.

Don't have class legal cars? No worries, we have loaner cars and controllers to get new guys started!
Yes, it's the day before Mother's Day (my wife pointed out it's Mother's Day 'weekend.' What? Since when did a day become a weekend?). Tell your wife you have to go out for the day to shop for a gift!
