A Name Change is Necessary for DeBary Glen Raceway

Postby Florida_Slotter » Mon Dec 17, 2012 12:13 pm

DeBary Glen is going through some changes.

The name is going to be changed from DeBary Glen Raceway to DeBary Glen RacewayS!!!

Our club has relocated our newly purchased routed wood track from it's previous owner in Palm Bay, Florida to it's new home at DeBary Glen.

Now you have your choice of racing on our very fast Scalextric Sport 64 foot per lap road course or our 65 foot routed wood road course when you visit us.

Whether you like wood or plastic better, don't make no difference anymore. You can race on your choice at DeBary Glen Raceways!

Photos to follow.

It was a lot of work and many thanks to Bob DeWoody, Grant Goerner, Rick Turner and especially Chuck Eakin! The club looks like a brand new location and we new have all sorts of room and lots of places to race.

Should you wind up in our area - Central Florida - about 5 minutes off of exit 111 on I-4 - please drop by and pay a visit to us.

Well, dang! That clinches it. When I come down this year, I'll pick up ListerStorm and we'll be by. Nice digs!!!

Wait...you do have A/C, right? Us folk in higher elevations melt in high temp/ high humidity...
