SCCOTTT Upcoming Race Schedule:



January 16 – 1/32nd Scale – SLOTIT / NSR

February 6 – HO Scale – Magna/X Traction

February 20 – 1/32nd Scale – SLOTIT / NSR



The track will be open at 9am for practice on each race day. The race starts about 1pm.

2. Thanks to some info from Scott K. at last month’s race, we have installed new race management software. This software has many more options to choose from. The format for the above monthly races will remain the same as before. For the weekly races, we have been having fun with the new ‘fuel mileage’ race format. LOTS OF FUN!!!



3. For the 1/32nd scale races, we are again going to allow NSR cars to participate in this event with the Slot.It cars!



The rules for the NSR cars are the same as the Slot.It. Anywhere in the rules that references “Slot.It”, think “NSR”.



4. Starting at the Jan 16th race, SCCOTTT will be allowing the use of the following Sloting Plus aftermarket parts for the SlotIt/NSR cars.



Sloting Plus wheels, gears, axles, spacers, braid & screws will be allowed.



These parts are considered aftermarket replacement and as such, they don’t provide any significant advantage over the SLOTIT parts. SCCOTTT has decided to allow these parts due to the limited/no availability from our Slot.It distributor. SCCOTTT has a few “test” pieces (mostly rims), but will be building a stock of these parts in the coming months.



5. SCCOTTT has purchased a durometer to measure the hardness of tires for 1/32nd cars. This will eliminate the guess work on tires that are deemed too soft for the track health. Feel free to have us check any of your tires. We would like to check as many tires as possible so that a benchmark can be established. Note: The tire rules for the Jan 16th race remain the same as before.



All cars must run rubber tires only (no Silicone & no Urethane). SCCOTTT recommends and stocks the NSR Ultragrip tires in the F1 size.
