I'm over here in Greene County and there are NO decent slot car places to buy stuff from. We have Hobby Town which has a handfull of Carrera cars, a couple sets and zero parts and that's about all. Are there any good old school hobby shops over there in the Knoxville area ? I'd be willing to travel a little to be able to buy from a brick & mortar shop rather than doing all of my buying online.

Posted: Fri Aug 23, 2019 6:43 amSorry, not much better in Knoxville. Our Hobby Town carries quite a few cars and sets from Carrera and Scalextric, but no parts-accesories-speed goodies. They order in bulk, sell down, discount to clear, and order again. As a result, I buy from Cincy, SSC and others.
