Agreed, my wife has no problems at all that my spare time and money go to slot cars. It's rather mild as vices go.

I recently mentioned thinking about cleaning up the attic after I retire so I can put a third track up there (already have 2 in the barn). I paused to see if there's be an objection, but there was none so now I get to toy with that idea too.

A few decades ago we used to go to the local dirt track races every Saturday night. I think she prefers being home watching TV with a glass of wine while I'm up in the barn racing slot cars.
