new razor

I have a brand new tire razor and I'm Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or it was machined wrong.
the problem is that the tire block is going down on one side uneven so one tire starts sanding before the other and is coning the tire, when you release all the pressure there is uneven gap between the top adjuster block and the bottom block. I have email slotcarconer for there feed back. shipping box was undamaged

Hi Docdoom, I had the same problem, There is a fix, Go to Slot Car Tool Time, then go to the 3rd page, and it will be the 4th or 5th one down. I hope this will help. REL13

Doc,
Monte has one but I'm not sure if he has set it up or used it yet. He may know what the issue is though. I also think that Goose has or has had one, he may know. I've never used one.

Ok I did not bring it with me.I thought about it. But was running late for work and left it on the work bench.
