Over the years I have gotten e-mails about Tires wanting to touch one side before the other when truing :?:

This is an easy fix, on the Tire Razor



Here you see more sanding dust on the left

Why does it do this?

It has to do with sloppy axle\bushings, tires being different sizes, or even just the bushing riding up a tiny amount

how to fix it? Very simple



look at the bottom of your machine



You want to loosen the side that touches first, this raises that side of your axle block

Small Turns, it wont take much



As you can see, both sides are sanding the same now

Very simple to do, easy fix :text-bravo:

The Wheel Buddy has a special end on it for truing stock plastic ribbed wheels



Lets you sand all those little spots, has saved me from buying new wheels when just a little truing was needed

lets face it round is round be it made of aluminum or plastic

I love the Wheel Buddy for plastic wheels for the Paul Gage Tires. The money I save not buying so many aluminum wheels will pay for the Razor and make life much easier.
