Does anyone make a guard rail that looks like the current cement barriers sometimes called Jersey Barriers? 1/32 or 1/24 scale?

We made dozens of them by casting plaster of Paris in homemade wooden molds. Didn't take long at all.

I used 1/2"X1" balsa wood, along with 1/2" triangle glued on both sides of the bottom of the 1/2 X 1 strip round the tops and viola!
