Yes sir, the days of spending a lot on a timing computer are long past. I think sharing this type of resource important for those looking to start new that have no older systems laying about.

Congratulations on your new system.

Guys who are running Carrera digital should be looking at this. A computer like this and Bruce's shareware will look after all your timing and fueling needs for running digital. Forget the drivers stations and buy a computer like this.

Good info right here.

I've had some luck with bad HDDs. buy a new one, put the old one in the freezer and then sometimes it will work enough to get what you want off it. just did this the other day, as a matter of fact. or you can also clone it with an external cable and drive case. failing that, you can always download all the drivers for a new drive in the old machine. it just depends on how much you like the old one, or the files that were on it
I use a thing called keyfinder to copy out all my software keys in case a thing like this happens so the apps can be reactivated without having to pay for them again. (and I detest windows 10.)
