Couple Design Observations

Not yet. Track itself still there...I was "told" I needed help so my assistants arrived today.

A couple of them are taking the teardown pretty well...

Yes, they have kept me busy this weekend. They sure like tearing things down...now if I can just get Taylor to play with this router :)

Where do you guys buy lacquer?

I design and build furniture, so I use a pre-catalyzed lacquer from Sherwinn-Williams, but it only comes in 5 gallon drums. Deft is an excellent name, too, and they make a brushable lacquer in 1 gallon buckets like paint, although they are best known for their excellent spray cans of gloss, satin, and flat lacquer in water-clear.
