Dragstrip Wiring Question

Any chance somebody would have any idea on what size wiring is used to run connections to braid and controllers having some problems finding information.

Look at your controller wiring anything the same size or larger is all you need

You did not say what sort of cars you expected to run. Slot cars will use a lot more current than you would expect when they first start up. A high performance HO car can draw 10 amps for example. Wire is cheap and for a drag strip you will not need very much of it. It does not hurt to use heavier wire than you really need. You could use heavy duty 14 gauge zip cord from a hardware store.

I have my whole track wired with 8 gauge wire underneath.
Taps every 5 ft. Brass bolts for the alligator clips on the controllers.
Powered by a truck battery on a trickle charger and you can run side by side Group 7 motors on it.
Or anything else!
