I wouldn't go any smaller than 3" lane spacing if you're going to race 1/32 cars..
They move around a lot coming out of corners and what not..

Also be careful trimming the extra mdf after you route corners..
you want to leave room for the rear ends to slide out without hitting future retaining walls.

Nice build Mas. Now you're having fun! I kind of agree with TurboKev not to go too much less than 3" for 132 racing, at least in the curves. But I do like the idea of squeezes and I have one on my track. I understand the 143 cars look lost with 3" spacing, but with 132 it can sometimes be difficult to pass even with 3" spacing. A lot depends on the radius of your curves and how much your cars drift. The drifting part is hard to know until the track is actually built. I don't like things to get too wide because, to me, there's no racing then. Everyone is simply trying to turn fast laps in isolation.
