Looking good.
Something about the "Desert Look" is appealing to me, but that could be a Genesis look to you :D
Will be watching for updates !

Hmm...looks vaguely familiar... ;)
Great looking track and it makes a real nice change covering up the "snow" with "dirt".
The pit building is looking very good as well!

I've been doing a bunch of scenery work and finally got to peel off the masking this morning. Still some cleanup to do before it is driveable again, but it's nice to see it coming together.

A little wildlife has taken up residence on the track, too. :)

Lookin' good ! Hope its feeling good too. :)
I like the touch of green and your mating pair of eagles.
Have you considered dissecting your lap counter ? I bet the sensors could be concealed in lap posts and traffic cones......I'll keep quiet now ;)

Yes it is. Doing really quality detail work here. Just shows what you can do within a space like this if you are motivated.

Phil if you have any issues with the lap counter, since it sits level with the track rather than the designed just below the track, there is a mod you can make.
I did this on my 2 lane test track, Set the counter where you want it, mark the bases with a pencil outline, and then use a zip router or dremel router, and extract the ,
marked areas allowing the counter to sit at its normal level.
When not using the counter, hay bales and bushes fit the holes nicely.

Chappy, I had originally planned on doing that mod, but so far haven't had any problems with missed laps.
Thanks, all, for the comments and ideas.

image.jpegimage.jpegGot some more bales done and back stairs to the roof of the pit garage for a spectators' deck. Now the scenery is good enough that I can slow down a bit and enjoy more driving. Still have more to do, but no need to rush.

Phil, the track looks spectacular! Really nice job you've done!
Reminds me...need to do more hay bales!
