Stumbled on this doing some research on one of my projects. The vintage footage is wonderful.....not a piece of Armco in sight and they still used the "LeMans Start". (I was there in '88 and they used a pace car and crowd protection was a bit improved :shifty: )
Just watching all those beautiful cars.......sigh!

That is an amazing video. I loved hearing the sound of the cars as well as the seeing them. I did 2 of Dick Thompson's earlier 1956 Vettes, the number 11 and 46. I really wish someone would make a 1960 Vette. JIm
