From the perspective of what legal risks a publicly traded major corporation would subject itself, I will state the obvious in that this was completely staged, just like the first.
Well done for sure, but staged. Just think what the family's lawyers would have done to Pepsi if he'd had a stroke, tried to jump out of the car, you name it. Staged.
