Good night! Two of the mods and the owner are in the same place and this gets derailed? Do I NEED to drive over and knock some sense into you guys about the family thing? Don't make me do it!

Why do I feel like the substitute teacher is here and we just tied her shoelaces together?

Man, I wish I would have been free this weekend. Seems I'm always unavailable when a Headquarters event happens. :(

Well, all is quiet on the Midwest front.

Thanks to ALL who made the trip. I think we had a good time.

Few more pics here and there to post, but not too many as it got busy around here :)

Harry,

What a recipe for a great weekend. Lots of friends, lots of food - that was more than obvious, even to the most casual of observers. I think if anyone is planning on holding an event somewhere all they need to do is read this article and it will show them.

The bottom line is that you set up the weekend to provide for a FUN experience for all that attended.

Thanks for constantly showing us the way to enjoy ourselves, having FUN and just enjoying what this hobby is all about, the racers!

The only negative is that I was not there!

Dave created a great field with his cars. We enjoyed them all.

Yes folks, a great time indeed!!! We had a blast and look forward to each and every time.

Fun is what the hobby is all about. It is the people that make it what it is. This gang of slotters know how to have a good time and we look forward to the next event!

Again, thanks to ALL for coming here and to our great vendors who gave something back.

Now, time to get back to work :)
