Yet another loser halftime show for Superbowl.

What 12 year old thought that Justin Timberlake belonged in the halftime show at the Superbowl? He's a Mickey Mouse Factory product, along with Britney Spears (buttshaker), and a series of other zero talent twits, and he has claimed inspiration from dead performers for years, case in point, Prince, David Bowie, etc. Good Grief. We never did get better than Janet Jackson (with Justin Timberlake ripping her clothes off to expose the least interesting boob in history). I admit, Lady Gaga was very good, but good grief, who makes the choice in these things to have so many absolutely talentless people over and over again, eh?

The entertainment choices are probably determined by demographics. Eg. what will sell tomorrow ~

I'm 67 years old and have been watching the NFL for at least 60 years until this year. I haven't watched a single play all year and will never watch it again. Go Ohio State Buckeyes and the XFL :banana-dance:

66 years old and this kind of halftime show looks like nothing to me, just another bunch of people that someone must have poured gasoline on the way they were jumping around like it burns. Pink sang the national anthem and was super. I would much rather see talent like that. I realize that my age group is not anything the NFL cares about. They want the young folks, but they don't want to admit that very few kids will ever watch a ball game that has more commercial time than playing time and lasts 4 hours. This is a generation that has to have instant gratification and the NFL is going over with young folks about as much as a 4 hour Nascar race does.

It is interesting that similiar to Nascar, pro ball viewing is down about 10% of their core audience this year. Guess who the core audience is? It's the older guys like me that have grown up with it. Their whole presentation is now turning off the core group. I

I do think it was respectful of all the players standing during the anthem. These guys were all respectful today.

Well at least Philadelphia has won their first superbowl and their first NFL championship since 1960. I was so glad to see New England and Tom Brady on the losing side for a change. As far as the politics go I think it hurts the game.

Jusiun Timberlake is a good , moral , and honest person , but I thought the half time show was terrible. Good for a bunch of teenie boppers buy not for me. Oh well.

Halftime show? I thought that was when you went to the fridge to stock up on beer! It was an awesome game and as a lifetime Philly fan I'm pretty happy. Now if we can sneak the Flyers into a Stanley cup...........
