I was lucky enough to be on a crew (a leaner mostly) at a Trans-Am race held near St. Louis. The car was
a Camaro fielded by a local owner with Schrader driving. Finished 2nd behind a factory Mustang in this one.
Can't remember starting position, but seems like every lap the Camaro came by with a little more body work missing.
The man almost literally drove the wheels off the car run with the factories.
Those kind of drives impress me......
