I'm in southeast MI... Power went out Wednesday around 5:45pm, still not back on, and the cold is setting in, highs in the 20s and lows in the teens. They're saying 90% will have power back by Sunday. Rough couple of days!!! The worst part? Slot car racing was cancelled last night due to power also out at host track... ;)

Yes, winter definitely is making a return visit!
Looks like it is going to be a good weekend to stay inside, stoke up the fireplace and do some slot car tinkering!
(picture off the back porch this morning here in SE Ohio...)

65 degrees here yesterday (SE PA), 2-3 inches of snow on grass today. More interesting though is possible nor'easter Tuesday. Could double or TRIPLE our below avg. 6" so far this winter.

Todd
You sure have lots of firewood on hand.
You sure have a nice view.
Your track should be warm :)
Thanks for the cool pic.

Yeah, great -- we're expecting 12-18 inches of the white stuff on Long Island tomorrow.
Here's hoping some of that will be rain... Ernie :>)

Ours is just starting now and supposed to end Wednesday , your storm and one of ours combining. With the lake effect we may get 12 to 14 inches.
Oh well another reason to stay in the race room.

Only got 8" (12"-18" forecast). Storm came closer to coast, which moved the sleet line over us. Had fairly heavy sleet and some freezing rain for about 4 hours early this morning.
