I just took tomorrow's ham out of the oven and put in baked ziti for tonight. yesterday I cooked a pecan-cranberry upside down cake, and a pound cake from a 150 year old recipe. Lots to cook tomorrow.
This is how I make merry. Cook like a madman for days on end. Last year we were still eating leftovers from the freezer in March, even after we gave away tons of food for the holidays. Woo Hah!
I have to go out to the shop and have slot car therapy while waiting for things to bake, of course.
