A Couple Of Great Customer Service Experiences!

Just want to give a shout out to the guys at Slot Car Corner for their great customer service! I had a couple of bum motors and they replaced them for me no questions asked! They did request the old one's back to find what was wrong with them, and stupid me being the tinkerer that I am had already took them apart to try and make one good one. :oops: They still honored the warranty! Thanks guys! I won't let it happen again!

And I want to thank the good people at Auto World for sending me a replacement bulb for a H.O. slot car I bought. The bulb didn't make it for one whole lap and burnt out. They had no problem with sending me a new one and ended up sending me two! Great service! Thanks!
