That's what it looks like from what I can see on the various predictor's settings. However, you can be somewhat comforted by the news that it should be far less of a danger as tropical storm when it loops back. Nichole is what is making this happen. The danger is that they could combine in a binary system, and move erratically in such a way as to give no warning to where they go.
In more than 30 years of being subject to, or observer of, hurricanes, I have never seen anything like the hurricanes of the last 10 years or so. The very idea of a hurricane that turns 270 degrees or more is unheard of- ever. Look out Bob. You probably already know this isn't over yet.
