Carrera Corvette C7

[32nd street garage]

I had time to pick up my airbrush again and painted my vette for a big NEC race we had last weekend at Area 51 in CT.
I stripped the body with brake fluid and primed it with Tamiya white primer. I used Testors Model Master paint for color and used Patto's decals.
I had intentions of weathering it but never made it back to the paint booth.

I'm curious, using brake cleaner to clean the body / graphics. I've never tried that, is it harder on the body? Other than obvious fumes etc, any precautions when trying that?

Mike I no longer use brake fluid. Made the body brittle. Just my experience. 90% alcohol.

Mike I used Brake fluid not brake cleaner. Arroldn i am going to try alcohol next body.
