Carrera Sunoco Camaro

Postby ListerStormGT » Sun Nov 25, 2012 4:17 pm

I did this for my 3yr old son since he likes blue cars. I also did it for me as a fun project to get me back into painting again. I used Krylon True Blue for paint and use Krylon Sun Yellow for the wheels. The wheels are two piece so you can pop off the front half of the wheel and paint them, also there is brake rotor and calipers inside the wheel that I also painted while the wheels were apart. Decals are the 69' Camaro Sunoco decals from Slotcars4U. I still need to order some PG tires for it but these run really good on my track and I may have to do a few more for a modern T/A field.

Thanks everyone, it was a fun little project. I have another one in the works right now and I hope to get it finished up this weekend. These are actually fun cars on my track and for the price they make cheap candidates for repaints.
