Man - with everybody building these short track specials, I may have to get busy and build one too!
It seems like I saw a post about "how/what" was being used once upon a time - but can't seem to find it now?
Am I imagining things? - or was/is there a write up on these?
If there isn't - is there a consensus on motor, gearing wheel/tire combo?
And where do the finished products go for eval/racin'/etc? :)

1970 to 1984 - that's the guess I would put forth.

Being as heavily modified as they are, it is difficult to come up with a year.

Late 70's (74-81) Models did not change much in shape. With this model, Mark did a LOT of work to say the least.

The first of the plastic bumper Camaro. The ones that were smog dogs with low compression motors and peanut camshafts. They were dogs in street trim, worth only about a dime a dozen, but they sure did made good circle track race cars.
