Skinny wheels

Postby noddaz » Fri Mar 29, 2019 6:22 pm

I am working on a Hot Rod type build and need some skinny wheels and tires for the front. I am currently using a pair of wheels I stole from Doc Hudson, but I don't think that these will actually stay on the car if I race it.

So I am looking for some narrow "steelies" to run on the front and something a bit wider to run on the rear.
Anyone?

SCC has some quite nice wheels in 14 and 15mm diameters in both "Steelie" and "insert" varieties,..... their narrowest is 6mm.

RSslotracing has some 15 x 5mm insert wheels and "Steel" inserts that would look good on the front, and some 15 x 7mm insert wheels (and steel insets) for the rear.

Cheers

You can get 15x7 wheels in various styles from CB Design.

I believe that Pendles has 15x6 wheels with a 2mm rib.
