Kit Bashed Ambulance chassis questions?

Ambulance.jpgSo I picked up one of these static 1/32 Ambulances (Thanks Steve Garret) and it has this great looking custom "steel rod chassis" that looks almost infinitely adjustable

Can anyone tell me where you can buy the connectors for the frame rods and body mounts? Also where would you would get the square tubing for the motor pod/front axle-guide flag assemble? I need to know everything about this chassis. It also has this very slick guide flag holder. I would love to try to make a few of these for some kit bash projects.

Hoping the original builder will recognize it and chime in
