RB, there are about 4 more now, but that is an old picture! I even did a couple with just a dummy chassis. I just liked the color scheme and couldn't resist finishing a couple bodies just to set on the shelf as models.

I like the big midgets and champ cars, too. I have built a few of them using the old Strom Dirt Track Racer body. I should do a few more, but I might get carried away!!!

After seeing those great midgets on here, I tried to step up my game a little and built this champ car with tubing for the bars and bumpers and stuff. It is more realistic build then I have been doing. The added weight does make it handle pretty good.

Looking really good Jon! As Dave said, we have talked about getting some of these built up again. The wheels are the hard part on these as you know, and Dave makes some outstanding tires for them!

Those tires look just like worn Indianapolis tires of the period, which I bet was exactly your goal!

Anytime there's interest in another 1/32 scale Indy proxy, Tiny Alice Racing is in! Indy cars never get old and I would love an excuse to build a Watson or maybe a Scarab...
