Interesting chassis designs

Part of the fun of getting together with others is seeing the work they do up close.

Dan B. is a longtime builder in our hobby and he can create some real magic with the old iron.

The cars these are under are silky smooth and fast to say the least.

Thanks Dan for letting us get some close ups. Sometimes this is all you need to motivate and help others.

Both these chassis are very clean builds. I like how on his first one, Dan used "plumber on the rails" as part of his body mounting design. Are there any more photos of this chassis that could be posted? Dan's second chassis looks very much like a conventional 1/24 design, exceot for the body mounts & the brass rod front weights.

Nice work.
Can you show how Dan mounts the chassis to the body ?

Basic like the ones we have been doing.

Plastic or wood side pans glued to the body.
