I had a 1976 Shortbed Stepside. It was so light in the rear I had to strap a tree trunk against the tailgate to drive it in rain or snow!

Thanks for the comments guys, I'm hoping it'll deliver the goods in our 18k American muscle class. It only weighhs 73gm and that includes a bit of ballast behind the front axle.

Dan, I used Tamiya grey rattle can primer.
