Great videos. How bout adding one more? How do you cut the wheel to the proper depth once sized? That's my main problem.

Well, you will have the measure each wheel.



This is a Fly Classic wheel sized for the 15x10 CB Design. I measure the depth of the wheel, then that dictates my cut. I always cut a little proud and then hand sand the insert on a flat section of sandpaper to set it just right.



This is another example. Scaley MGB.

Not sure if this helps or not. Getting a digital caliper with depth gauge is a great tool. Lowe's has small ones for about 20 bucks.

Good articles Harry.
I did notice when watching the videos, that a bunch of others pop up after one finshes.
I think it was in the 2nd video, and after it was over, up popped another video from
down under, it was a pretty good one of using Jons Wheel lathe accessory.
I found it particularly helpful since I just got mine in the mail about a week ago.
